Joni, the founder and CCO of FØRM has over 30 years of design experience in publishing, advertising and digital at many of the city’s name-brand agencies. As Partner and Design Director at her first startup StylHaus, Joni established the methods and design approach that made it a successful staging platform. With the launch of FØRM, Joni brings her knowledge, disciple and distinctive style to a new setting, one that intuitively understands how to creatively target and motivate audiences, and move properties. Joni divides her time between Brooklyn and Shelter Island NY with her husband David and dog Pocket.
