Presentation Strategy:  The Bungalow at The Graham & Co began with a simple challenge: transform an existing storage building into an entirely new stay experience while making it feel like it had always belonged there.

Our direction was “Catskills meets Scandinavia”—pairing the relaxed, slightly nostalgic camp spirit of the hotel with a cleaner, more modern sensibility. Whitewashed wood, natural timber, warm neutrals and graphic black accents create a light backdrop, while rustic furniture, woven textures, vintage-inspired details and touches of leather keep it grounded in the Catskills.

The result is a cozy two-bedroom retreat that feels both modern and familiar—an extension of The Graham & Co’s camp character, reimagined through a Scandinavian lens.
